Story:

Kanji Lalji Mehta (Paresh Rawal) is a non-believer in God who lives in Mumbai with his family (his wife and two kids). He runs an antique shop there and sells the idols of God at a very high price by making fool of others and even disrespects other’s religious views. But his wife is a devout and completely different from him. One day, an earthquake attacks Mumbai and destroys Kanji’s shop only. Later, the insurance company refuses the claim by saying it an “act of God”. Kanji decides to take the God to the court but it is not possible. So he sends legal notices to all the religious Guru’s there, Mithun Chakraborty, Siddheshwar Maharaj (Govind Namdeo) and Gopi Maiyya (Poonam Jawher).

Then enters the Lord Krishna (Akshay Kumar) to look into the matter of Kanji Lalji Mehta.

Verdict:

“Oh My God” is an entertainment package that will keep smile on your face with a message. It is totally Paresh Rawal’s movie. Akshay Kumar has a small but good role (in second half). The supporting cast, Mithun Chakraborty, Govind Namdeo and Mahesh Manjrekar have also done very well.

Oh My God has a different story and strong screenplay. Go watch “Oh My  God” now, dont miss the movie.
