Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, popularly known as Lady Gaga (her stage name) is an American singer and a song writer who was born on March 28, 1986. She made her singing debut in 2008 with her album “The Fame” that got top position in the international number-one singles “Just Dance” and “Poker Face”. She has given many other hit albums like Bad Romance, Telephone, Alejandro and her recent album “Born This Way” in 2011. She has sold an estimated 23 million albums and 64 million singles worldwide which makes her one of the best-selling music artist of all time. For her excellent singing and performance she has won 5 Grammy Awards and 13 MTV Video Music Awards. She has also appeared on Billboard magazine’s Artist of the year and ranks fourth on VH1′s list of 100 “Greatest Women in Music”. Lady Gaga is the 4th best selling digital artist of all time in US.

Lady Gaga Workout Routine:
Lady Gaga is very strict about her workout routine. To get the best body, she hired a personal trainer Harley Pasternak who has trained many other celebrities like Halle Berry, Rihanna and Robert Downey Jr. Pasternak gave her a suitable workout routine to get her a body of a stage performer.
Pasternak said “Lady Gaga has always been active, but about a year ago, she decided she wanted to have the best abs, legs and arms ever, so she stepped up her workouts”
Lady Gaga workout routine is as follows:
- Lady Gaga doesn’t have a lot of time so she performs her workout whenever she gets time but atleast 3 – 5 times a week (30 minutes each workout).
- She starts her workout with warmup exercises for 5 – 10 minutes.
- After warming up she performs a strength exercise circuit which is a combination of 3 exercises i.e dumbell deadlift, dumbell back rows and side bands (3 sets of 25 reps each).
- Lady Gaga ends her workout with skipping rope.
Lady Gaga Diet Plan:
Lady Gaga follows a 5 factor diet plan which was created by her trainer, Harley Pasternak. According to this diet, she requires to eat 2 times meals and 3 times snacks i.e a total of 5 meals a day. Her diet includes low carbs, high protein and high fiber contents.
Lady gaga herself says: “I’m on a very strict healthy pop star diet. I don’t eat bread, just vegetables, salad and fish. Eating like that is much better for me anyway but on Sundays I sometimes eat pasta.”
