Katrina Turquotte, popularly known as Katrina Kaif (born on 16 July, 1984) is one of the most successful and most sexiest actress in Bollywood who started her career with movie Boom in 2003. She has very good looks with a perfect body shape. She became the most successful actress in a very short time and was voted the sexiest Asian women by Eastern Eye for three consecutive years i.e from 2008 – 2010. She became popular for her figure with her looks in two item songs, first one is “Chikni chameli from movie Agneepath” and second one is “Sheila ki Jawani from Tees Maar Khan”. Katrina Kaif’s trainer Pradeep Bhatia, who has trained many bollywood celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra has revealed Katrina’s workout plan. Katrina has a very busy schedule but still she manages her workout for 3 days a week (1 hour each day). The main reason behind her lean figure is her dedication towards regular yoga and strict diet plan.

Katrina Kaif’s workout consist of the following activities:

  • Iso planks
  • Jogging
  • Gymming
  • Yoga
  • Medidation
  • Swimming

 

Katrina Kaif Diet Plan:

Katrina Kaif follows a very healthy diet plan. She is very strict about it and eats right food at the right time. Her diet plan consists of a lot of fruits, salad, vegetables, grilled fish and avoids starch foods. Her diet plan is as follows:

Early Morning: 3 – 4 glasses of water.

Breakfast: Brown bread with peanuts, egg whites and a glass of low fat milk.

Lunch: Grilled fish, brown rice and green salad

Dinner: Vegetable soup, grilled fish and protein shake.

Katrina has removed chicken from her diet because it is rich in protein and fat and she also avoids oil and starch food.
