Bipasha Basu Workout Routine And Diet Plan

Bipasha Basu is a famous Indian actress who debuted in bollywood from movie Ajnabee and was appreciated a lot for her role in the movie. She was born on January 7, 1979. She was target of criticism for being too healthy or fatty but she worked harder and harder to get herself a perfect body shape or figure and even achieved it which can be easily seen by looking at her. She is 5’8” tall and weighs around 63 Kgs.

Bipasha Basu Workout Routine:

Bipasha Basu has worked very hard to get into the desired body shape. She followed a strict workout routine that made her one of the fittest actor in bollywood. Her workout routine consists six days a week with one day rest.

Bipasha Basu’s workout routine is as follows:

Day 1: Upper body workout

Day 2: Abdomen workout

Day 3: Legs and lower body workout

Day 4: Gluteus maximus (butt) workout

Day 5: Upper body workout

Day 6: Abdomen and butt workout

This workout consist of 1 hour which is followed by a 50 minutes session of cardio exercises which include treadmill (20 minutes), cross trainer (10 minutes) and rowing machine (20 minutes).

Bipasha Basu Diet Plan:

Bipasha Basu’s daily diet starts with a glass of warm water, a cup of green tea and almonds soaked overnight.

Breakfast: 6 scrambled egg whites, mushroom toast, a glass of skimmed milk followed by a glass of fruit juice.

Lunch: It consist of grilled chicken, salad, dal, green vegetables, 2 soya chapattis and strictly no rice.

Evening: Evening diet consist of tea with digestive biscuits.

Dinner: It consist of dal, chapattis, 3 vegetables cooked in olive oil, and grilled fish or chicken.
