Ajay Devgan is a popular Indian film actor who made his debut with movie “Phool Aur Kaante” in 1991 and also received the Best Male Debut (Filmfare Award) for this movie. He was born on April 2, 1969 and is married to actress Kajol and has 2 children with her. Ajay Devgan surprised everyone with his stunning muscular looks and six pack abs in his most successful and recent movie Singham. His strict diet and workout helped him a lot to build such a muscular body with six pack abs. He is 5’10” tall and weighs around 70 Kgs.
Ajay Devgan Workout Routine:
Ajay Devgan followed a strict workout routine which consist of one hour and 15 mins of weight training which is followed by cardio. In one hour of weight training Ajay doesn’t take rest and performs all his cardio exercises. His trainer Vakil said that he wanted Ajay to look like “John Travolta or Kurt Russel”.
Ajay Devgan was clearly looking for six pack abs. But he and his trainer realised that it can be easily achieved by not eating and performing a lot of cardio exercises but six pack abs without good body shape, chest and arms would be useless. So he focused on all body parts to get a lean and muscular body.
Ajay Devgan Diet Plan:
Ajay Devgan wanted a lean and muscular body so he followed a low carb diet and compensates by loading up on carbs after workouts. His new trainer Prashant made a strict diet plan for him. It consists of high protein and low carb (which is required to get the desired macho looks).
Ajay Devgan was very fond of fitness and already has a good physique. So it was not at all a big effort to get him into shape for his role in Singham. Add to the fact that Ajay followed his diet to the point, it wasn’t really a headache at all. But once in a week he was allowed to eat what he wants like coke or French fries.
